These terms apply to purchases made on firespray.in, operated by DROWNFIRE PRIVATE LIMITED (“FireSpray”, “we”), 208, Apollo Premier, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

All prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST. GST is added at checkout and shown on your GST invoice. Freight is charged extra as per the delivery location. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch; if the price changes, we will ask you before going ahead.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when payment is received or, for bulk orders, when we send a written confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or details are incorrect, and will refund any amount paid.

Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location. Please check the package on delivery and report any visible damage.

Replacement and returns

See our Shipping & Returns policy. Fire extinguishers are pressurised products: units that have been used, discharged or had the seal removed cannot be returned.

Warranty

Every FireSpray extinguisher carries a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects as described on our warranty page.

Safe use

Use, mount and maintain extinguishers as per the instructions on the label and applicable standards (IS 2190). Free training is offered with bulk orders. FireSpray is not liable for loss caused by misuse, improper storage or use beyond the product’s rating.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
