Shipping
We dispatch from our factory, usually within 1–2 working days, and deliver across India. Freight is charged extra as per the delivery location and is shown before you pay. Every order includes a GST invoice and tracking details.
10-day replacement
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it at no cost.
Returns
Fire extinguishers are pressurised products, so we cannot accept returns of units that have been used, discharged or had the seal removed. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 10 days; the refund is made to the original payment method after inspection.
Warranty
Every extinguisher carries a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
