What does the FireSpray 5-year warranty cover?
Every FireSpray extinguisher is covered for 5 years from the invoice date against manufacturing defects, including the cylinder, valve, pressure gauge and loss of pressure while the seal is intact. If a covered unit fails, we replace it.
Should I refill my fire extinguisher?
We recommend replacing rather than refilling. Refilling opens the factory-sealed cylinder, uses powder or gas of unknown quality, and disturbs the valve seals and gauge. A sealed FireSpray unit stays factory-tested and covered by its 5-year warranty.
Are FireSpray extinguishers ISI marked?
Yes. FireSpray extinguishers are manufactured to IS 15683:2018, carry the ISI mark and are pressure-tested at our factory before dispatch.
Which fire extinguisher is best for home?
An ABC (MAP-based) dry powder extinguisher covers the most common home fires: wood, paper, cloth, cooking gas and electrical wiring. Keep one near the kitchen exit and one near the main electrical board.
Do you deliver across India and give GST invoices?
Yes. We ship across India and every order comes with a GST invoice. Bulk and corporate orders get dedicated support and dispatch tracking.
How do I choose the right fire extinguisher?
It depends on the fire risk. ABC dry powder covers most home and office risks (wood, fabric, electrical, flammable liquids). Commercial kitchens need a K-type extinguisher and a fire blanket. Server and electrical rooms are best protected with CO2 or clean agent, which leave no residue. Use the picker on our homepage or WhatsApp us.
How do I check that my extinguisher is ready?
Once a month, check that the pressure gauge needle is in the green zone, the safety pin and seal are intact, and the body has no dents or rust. If the needle ever drops out of the green while the seal is intact, it is covered by the 5-year warranty: contact us with your invoice number.
Do you offer bulk pricing for businesses?
Yes. Factories, hospitals, schools, builders and residential buildings get volume pricing, a GST invoice and a placement plan as per IS 2190. Use the bulk quote form or WhatsApp our sales team.
Do you provide installation?
Yes, we can arrange wall-mounting and installation of extinguishers and modular systems for business orders. Ask our team when you request a quote.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from Indore, usually within 1 to 2 working days, and typically arrive within 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Every order has a 10-day replacement. If anything is damaged or faulty on arrival, contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking online. Bulk orders can also pay by bank transfer against a GST invoice.
